RESUMO
In the therapeutic arsenal to treat moderate to severe psoriasis, the new agents are secukinumab and ustekinumab, which are fully human monoclonal antibodies, directed against IL-17A and IL-12/23, respectively, which have been shown to be effective and safe in several studies. Their side effects are rare, and the most frequently reported side effects were infection, especially nasopharyngitis, headache, pruritus, high blood pressure, and low back pain. Unlike the side effects, the paradoxical reaction can be defined by the appearance or exacerbation of a pathological condition that usually responds to a certain class of drug. The appearance of this reaction in patients using anti-interleukins is poorly described; however, as they are new drugs, they may be more common than the literature reports. We describe a case of a paradoxical reaction, with the appearance of atopic dermatitis, after using secukinumab to treat psoriasis.

O câncer de pênis é uma lesão rara e a incidência mundial é bastante variável, de acordo com os níveissocioeconômicos e culturais, como a pratica da circuncisão. Acomete indivíduos em todas as faixas etárias, predominando na terceira idade. Dos subtipos histológicos, o carcinomaepidermóide é o principal.Ha fortes evidencias que apontam para o HPV e líquen escleroso como principais fatores de risco. O aparecimento de umalesão vegetante ou ulceraé o que costuma levar o paciente a buscar tratamento, normalmente já emestádiosavançados, quando o procedimento cirúrgicojá é mutilante.O diagnóstico precoce possibilita tratamentos menos agressivos, contribuindo para uma melhor qualidade de vida destes homens. Sendo assim, o objetivo deste relato é ressaltar a importância de medidas preventivas e a identificação dos fatores de risco eatualizarsobre novosmétodosdiagnósticos e tratamentos
Penis cancer is a rare lesion and the global incidence is quite variable, according to the socioeconomic and cultural levels, as the practice of circumcision. It affects individuals in all age groups, predominantly in the elderly. Of histological subtypes, squamous carcinoma is the principal. There are strong evidences that link HPV and lichen sclerosus as major risk factors. The appearance of a vegetating lesion or ulcer is what often leads patients to seek treatment, usually in advanced stages, when the surgical procedure is already mutilant. Early diagnosis allows less aggressive treatments, contributing to a better quality of life for these men. Thus, the objective of this report is to emphasize the importance of preventive measures and the identification of risk factors and update on new diagnostics and treatment methods
